  1. Post the cover need. Choose the reason (maternity, sudden replacement, medical, long leave), the subject, the class, how long, and when to join.
  2. Available teachers are alerted at once. Only those who have switched on "Available for cover" nearby, so you hear back in hours, not weeks.
  3. Shortlist, demo class, interview. Same simple steps as a regular job. A demo class can be at school or online.
  4. The class continues. Mark your choice as selected. Tick "may become permanent" if you'd like to keep her.

  • A new category in the provider portal: Cover teacher supply.
  • Schools find you in the marketplace and send a request, the same way as other services.
  • You deal only with schools. As with every provider, you can't see or contact teachers or parents on XSchools.in.
